Upon arrival I was greeted and thanked for my service in the military by Fran. Then an assistant, Teresa, took it from there and did a diagnostic and prepped me to see Dr. Han. Teresa has a great personality and is a real feather in your cap and I wanted her and Fran both to get special recognition and a letter placed in their employment file.
