I am writing this for George who was the patient. I merely sat in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours. George was ok with the procedure of going through exams, etc. He'll know more when he gets his new glasses. He didn't have a clue what the follow-up appointment was for next month. As an FYI it would be more favorable for your office/staff to notify patients of your backlogs to keep their blood pressure lower. Perhaps even cancel/reschedule some to accommodate your busy schedule. Most of the many folks waiting said this happened every time they came in. A couple of patients even left. Not good PR for any kind of office.
