Previsit info to do online was the easiest I have ever had with any company, although there was no room for third insurance. Also, front desk workers were abrupt, short, and not welcoming at all. My experience with them had me second guessing my choice to come here or return here, but my techs and doctor were professional and polite, and i felt heard and respected. Still deciding if I will keep next appointment as they also have an issue with next doctors credentials for multiple insurance types needed for next appointment. This does not foster a feeling of security, safety or professionalism and more, and we are talking about MY EYES.
