They need to use another answering service company. Each time I tried calling Quigley Eye Service to check on a referral status, it took me over 19 minutes the first time and 31 minutes the second time... That's a bad reflection that isn't their fault but can be corrected...Other than that, I had the privilege of being referred to Dr Aaron Judd to determine how to treat a tumor that developed on my optic nerve. The discovery of thiswas an unsettling situation; however, upon the moment of meeting Dr Aaron, I felt relief. I could tell that Dr Aaron had investigated my MRI and other test records very thoroughly. He had a game place in place. I had no idea how well Dr Aaron Judd was already rated by his patients until I took the time to write my own positive review of him.If it takes you a while to get an appointment to see him, because he is very well booked, IT IS WORTH THE WAIT. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, up to date in his field and one of the most personably connecting doctors I have ever met. I hope it continues... I'm sure it will. Thank you Dr Aaron for just about perfecting your field as you have. Now let's get this taken care of : )

Dr. Han was extremely thorough. I have been to eye specialists for the last 20 years for my dry eyes. I Have been on several prescription drops. None have helped me. My eyes would burn from the minute I woke up to the minute I closed my eyes at night. He prescribed serum tears for me. No other doctor has prescribed this. A dry eye test was also done measuring the severity of my dry eye. No other practice has done this. I highly recommend The Eye Associates and Dr. Han.

Eye associates front desk check in as a new patient was great. The waiting room was neat and clean and everyone wore face coverings and hand sanitizers were available throughout all waiting rooms. I really glad waiting to be seen was not a long process, however my problem was with the 1st tech that called me in to do the preliminary exams prior to seeing the doctor. I was asked some questions which was understandable for being a new patient. The problem was that this tech never introduced herself to me and then she was very abrupt with me and she never appropriately adjust the equipment for me and then she stated she only had a certain amount of time for each patients and I was taking to long answering the questions about which was better cause it was different from my glasses. Then she walked me to have a scan of my eyes and again the equipment was not adjusted for me and I was being spoken to as a child to keep my head forward. I have worked in a trauma center as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and I have always shown consideration and respect for my patients over 30 years. I moved to Florida after retirement and I really thought the sun shine state the people would be friendly then up north, but sad to say they sre not. I guess now that I am here I have to try to get use to the rudeness. However, I really did like how I was treated by Dr.Vandenberg and his assistant, so I will be back because I felt comfortable with them.Cecily, RRT
