I was very pleased with my appointment. I did not have to wait an hour before getting called, and/or wait another almost hour before the appointment was completed. The last time my husband had an appointment., it took 2 1/2 hours from the time we arrived till when we left. My husband was ready to walk out without completing the appointment. This does not please Senior Citizens as they do not have the patience for that long a wait.
