I have been going to the Eye Associates for many years and both my Optometrist and Ophthalmologist are with the Eye Associates. The staff have been personable and good to work with. I had a recent appointment and the nurse that did the initial prep for the doctor was named Vanny and was amazing! She was personable, professional and thorough. She gave more info about each step than I have had before which caused me to ask a few questions and I learned some new things from her. She has worked with an Optometrist before and even gave me some tips about my glasses and some questions to ask when I get my glasses adjusted. Wow! She has not been with the Eye Associates for long, but I hope she will be there for a long time as she is a real asset to their team.

Although they were very busy, my wait was brief. Everyone was very friendly and Kelli was above and beyond in resolving the issues with my insurance payment card. A very beautiful, professional, high-tech facility. I'll be back!
