As a new patient, the registration process can be done online ahead of time cutting down on the paperwork and wait time on the first visit. The receptionist was very helpful with insurance questions and my appointments have always been on time. The medical assistants are very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel welcome and cared for from the start. I am impressed with the efficiency of the office and my exams. Dr El-Jabali is fantastic! He is thorough and took the time to talk me about my exam, results and plan of care going forward. I feel very confident receiving care by the staff and Dr El-Jalbali and will continue to be seen here! Highly recommend this office and team of professionals!

If you need anything to do with your eyesight, then set an appointment and go here. They are very thorough with the exams and all the details about your eyes and the costs.

This was a good experience. Everyone appears to be ready to help and to guide you along through the process. Between the greeting at the front desk to the checking out process you will interact with at least six people and even though there are six people it all goes smoothly.
