The staff is extremely professional and caring from the time you enter the front door until the time you leave. Everyone makes sure you have a clear understanding concerning your visit and explains each step in detail. As a patient for over three years. I have never ever had a bad experience I am treated with the utmost compassion. The doctors are extremely polite and explaines every step in detail and does not rush you out they spend all the time you need. They have taken my utmost care to heart and I can honestly say I am truly truly humbled, grateful and blessed to say I now have regained my 20/20 vision in both eyes after being legally diagnosed as blind they never ever gave up on me and there are not enough words to express my thanks and gratitude to the entire staff and all the Eye Associate offices !!

Was called to come in and pick up glasses. asked if I needed an appointment. Was told no. Arrived at 3 39pm and signed in. got up and left after 40 minutes. wasnt even to my car and Laura was calling to ask me to come back in. She appologized for the confusion and took care of things right away. She was professional and fun to talk with. Thanks for your concern and for caring.

A couple of years ago I had cataracts and had surgery done at the eye associates doctor Foster was my surgeon he put toriq lenses I was actually able to see everything clearly my vision was now 20/20as opposed to 20/500. My only problem was I kept bumping into everything I did not have any peripheral vision because my eyelids for so heavy I tried all the creams and ice packs nothing worked. I went in on a normal appointment And ask if there was anything make a do so I So I could quit running into things I had no peripheral vision at all. I was referred to doctor Anthony and he told me there was a procedure they could do on my eyelids to lift them up and I would have peripheral vision I agreed and the difference is between night and day when I went to the surgery center The staff were very professional They explained everything They were going to do before they did it. I had the surgery with doctor Anthony I cannot tell you how awesome it is now I can actually see things out of the side of my eyes I don't run into anything anymore it never hurt I experienced no pain before during or after the surgery I can only tell you that you're having same problem that I did and I'm an old lady it's worth it to have my vision back 100% like it was in my thirties is a miracle. Thank you eye associates doctor Anthony your awsome. You have given me the gift of sight again I cannot express my gratitude enough

My father has had extensive orbital frozen section surgery removing basel cell skin cancer. Dr. Mercandetti has also performed frozen section surgery on his ear from squamous cell cancer. I admire his diligence and great work with reconstruction. His staff treats us like family, very heartwarming. Thank You
