Love this office. Dr. Hector did my initial exam about a year ago. I was having a problem with pain in one eye a couple of months ago. I was able to once again see Dr. Hector. He knew almost immediately what was wrong, prescribed treatment, and my eye is much improved. I also purchased glasses from this office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Another doctor in the practice did surgery on my husband; he is very happy with the outcome. We both would highly recommend his practice to others.

The staff is awesome n very friendly .they make you feel so welcome. Dr.Long is great at her job .and her staff is phenomenal.

Regretfully, I've had issues with my vision most of my life. I've experienced several detached retinas over the years as well as a cataract and lens replacement. All of these treated by many specialists in the Northeast. I must say most of those experiences have been professional, competent, and most importantly successful.I have found that my experiences over the past three years with The Eye Associates and with Dr. Long, have far exceed the treatment, care, concern shown, and follow-up I have experienced from any of the other eye care specialists I have visited. The Eye Associates support staff as well, is attentive and highly trained in their supportive duties.

I recently had a laser procedure done to clear some cloudiness of my 2 year old cataract surgery. Left eye was done on 3/3/17.......WOW, what a difference. It took all of maybe 1-2 minutes, and I was out the door. Dr. Foster in my previous appointment, told me what was going on, and how common the problem was, and explained in detail what he would do to correct the cloudiness of both eyes. Can't wait to get the other eye done in April! The staff is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.

After a poor experience with office staff and procedural errors I want to rescind my previous review. Dr Mercandetti is an outstanding doctor. No question. The reception and telephone staff were/are the issues. He is professional, empathetic and willing to discuss any and all options. I would highly recommend him for any dermatological issues. I cannot speak to optional procedures.
