1st time here VA community cared me out. Upon arrival was very busy but the staff was well organized, efficient so was not too bad of a wait. Once back in the tech that pre-screened me was fantastic and once, I got to the Doctor it was just as pleasant, she was thorough and explained everything to me, all and all was a good visit and appreciate all they did to make go smooth.

There was not waiting time after arriving at my appointment. The service was efficient and thorrow. I definitely would recommend the practice.

I give this a five star rating. My only concern was a bit of a wait, but everyone was very professional. The checkout person was gracious and helpful. Dr Campbell was wonderful. He asked questions, was concerned about a pressure number in one of my eyes and repeated the test thankfully and found second time around was in a normal range. He gave me peace of mind by going that extra step and retesting. Dr Campbell is kind, concerned and a good communicator, I feel assured with his expertise for the health of my eyes. The other assistants that I first encountered in the room, and the scribe for the dr were also helpful a knowledgeable..

My first time ever going to an eye doctor. It was like chatting with a friend. She is very honest and upfront - not trying to nickel and dime you to buy stuff or come back. In fact, she said I could wait two years if I wanted to! I really enjoyed my time with her. She is very professional and to the point. This will be my DR from here on out.
