The Doctor was super, certainly a 5, the Technician was surly and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I would rate her as a 2 or maybe a 3.

I have gotten the best care. I won't change eye specialists. They are very confident, and very assuring. Everyone is so pleasant and do everything they can to make you comfortable.
