Their professionalism and results are 5-star. I knocked rating down to 4 because the organization is corporately confusing. Ive never seen or spoken to the same person twice (except both doctors Rubin and ONeil). Any issue required calls to six people and six phone numbers. Additionally, I wrote six letters over six weeks to have issues clearly stated, documented and resolved. Not one letter was acknowledge nor addressed. The organization is a bundle of corporate confusion. That said, Im satisfied as my eyes were fixed.
