The staff and MDs are great however making an appointment is RIDICULOUS as the call center has been outsourced to Mexico and theres NO LOGIC to being able to problem solve a situation I had. So I ended up my wasting vacation time to be seen at an early appointment and wasted my hard earned $$ because Ill have to go back again next week to see the MD I was originally trying to schedule with. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
