Very professional group, from the front desk associates, to the technical assistants, to the doctors. This practice rocks.Not a 10, since I brought in my insurance card ahead of my appointment, and then they wanted me to bring it in again the day of the appointment.

Ilsa and Dr Trim were thorough and professional. I got a new contact lenses prescription thats working well. Unfortunately, I learned upon paying, that the eye associates accepted my insurance for the medical portion of my visit but not the contact fitting.

Had my yearly diabetes check last week. Also a complete eye exam. All of the staff were courtois and professional. Dr. Camp did the overview final exam. I was disappointed that Dr. Camp would not respond to my request for him to acknowledge that there was a 51% possibly that my Diabetes was a result of exposure in Vietnam even though I had documentation showing that I was service connected for this. All I wanted was for him to state that he conducted a diabetic check for symptoms of diabetes..
