Very professional. Have to switch locations for shorter travel. Very accommodating. Bad experience when I got there. Office locked at 12:50pm. Older couple, man very bent over on a cane and lady could hardly walk even with walker, had to sit outside in the heat until the office opened. Would have been difficult for them to get to the car and back. Office should be tended by at least one staff member and left unlocked. People tend to come a little earlier for their appointments. Both the couple I mentioned and I had appts. At 1:00pm. Otherwise a very good visit.
