I was 100 pleased with the service I received from Jess in the North Port offices optical department. She went the extra mile to not only repair the glasses I had brought in, but also adjusted my extra pair, provided me with lens cloths and made sure that everything felt right before I left. Jess is professional and friendly and is definitely an asset to the North Port office (note that she is there only three days a week).
