Dr. Timothy McCan is an experienced Board Certified Optometrist in Fort Myers with Quigley Eye Specialists. Dr. McCan grew up in Plymouth, Indiana. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Indiana University. He attended Indiana University School of Optometry and received his Doctor of Optometry.
He completed his internship at the Contact Lens Clinic IU School of Optometry and Ireland Army Hospital and Recruitment Center at Fort Knox, KY.
After Optometry School, Dr. McCan had a solo Optometry Practice in Noblesville, Indiana for over 29 years.
Dr. McCan loves the snow, but enjoys the Southwest Florida sun too much to move back to his hometown in Indiana. Dr. McCan is a proud father of two sons, TJ McCan, Esq, a Family Law attorney in Fort Myers and Derek McCan who is working on his commercial pilot license. Dr. McCan is also the proud husband of Janna McCan. They are celebrating 38 years of marriage.
Dr. McCan enjoys getting out on the golf course to play a few rounds when he can. If you’re a golfer, maybe you will see him out on a local course around town.
