Dr. Scott Prickett achieved his BS in Neurobiological Science at the University of Florida, his Doctor of Optometry degree from the prestigious University of Houston College of Optometry in Texas, with externships at Fort Carson Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado and The Eye Foundation in Orlando, FL.
Dr. Prickett is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and the Southwest Florida Optometric Association. He has also achieved membership and recognition in the National Honor Societies of Alpha Epsilon Delta and Phi Eta Sigma.
Dr. Prickett specializes in full-scope optometry including preoperative and post-operative surgical care, primary care, ocular disease treatment and management. He brings a passionate commitment to individualized patient care.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Prickett and his family have lived in the Fort Myers/Naples area for more than 40 years.
An avid outdoorsman, Dr. Prickett enjoys boating, fishing, golf, traveling the world with his spouse, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
