Dr Freidman was very attentive and had great bedside manners. He was very competent and I would recommend him anytime. Staff was competent. Only problem was with their billing department who charged me twice for copay. When I called the girl named Jenny got angry and claimed that charge was for the future appointment. Reluctantly admitted to the mistake but said we will not refund until we see what your insurance will pay Copay is paid upfront and has no bearing on what charges are submitted and what insurance company will pay.

Dr. Han is extremely nice and thoroughly competent. By following his advice, my dry-eye is under control for the first time in decades!

Very professional group, from the front desk associates, to the technical assistants, to the doctors. This practice rocks.Not a 10, since I brought in my insurance card ahead of my appointment, and then they wanted me to bring it in again the day of the appointment.

Ilsa and Dr Trim were thorough and professional. I got a new contact lenses prescription that's working well. Unfortunately, I learned upon paying, that the eye associates accepted my insurance for the medical portion of my visit but not the contact fitting.
