I dont write reviews often, but I must say this was a very pleasant visit. I had a stye on my eye that would not go away for six weeks. I used my blue cross blue shield teleDoc, took photos and uploaded it before my Teladoc phone call. They stated it was probably a stye and gave me some erythromycin ophthalmology ointment. So I got the ointment, put warm compresses on it, and it would not go away. It would come to a head and then it would come back again. Six weeks of keeping it clean following the instructions, but it was super annoying would not officially go away. So I looked for a provider within my Blue Cross Blue Shield network. There was quite a few of them to choose from. But this one was the closest to my office. When I called, the calls go to a call center, but they are very friendly and accommodated me for an appointment the same day! I did call another place prior that was booked out until March. I made an appointment easily. They text me a link to complete my online intake form , which was so easy and convenient. When I arrived, I just used their iPad to confirm a few more things which was super simple and took less than 10 seconds. The entire staff from the front desk to the exam and appointment was very nice. I had Dr Kan, who is very knowledgeable super sweet, he took his time and I wasnt rushed at all. I asked questions he educated me a little more on the blocked gland I had. He deserves 5 stars a raise!!! What a great doc! I sure hope he gets the credit he deserves at that office. You dont often come across a doctor that has the whole package. Thank you!!
