Even though a patient might feel like a customer on a factory production line at times, the quality of care seems to be more than just 'adequate' to quite good. Pointe West office is beginning to look a bit dated. Also, the need to provide internet for their custo....oops, patients!We have ophthalmologist care, hearing aids, and I even had cosmetic surgery (eyelid lift) at the Eye Associates!!

This seems to be a very busy office. I thought I would be waiting a long time and i was called withing 15 min. Everyone was very professional especially Dr. Detweiler. He explained everything very clearly that is going on with my eyes and my vision. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.
