Everyone was very nice and caring at both locations. The only thing that concerns me was that I got different answers and senerios which left me unsure if I should go ahead with the procedures. I had to call my daughter, who is an anesthesiologist at the university of Pennsylvania, to try to get my concerns answered, and yes she is not an optomoligist but she knows the correct doctors to get their expert opinions/answers. But overall a good experience.
