I always have a good experience here. The eye exams are very thorough, Dr. Han is very pleasant as are the nurses. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the only person that wasnt too pleasant was at the front reception area. She was not friendly. It doesnt take much to say hello, smile, and wish someone a pleasant day and it goes a long way with a customer. Food for thought. Other than that - all good.
