Thorough exam. Little bit of a wait. Went to them because my regular eye doctor retired 3 months ago. But no one told me. They said the letter they sent me was returned as undeliverable even though the address was correct. They never bothered to call or text me. I showed up for my appointment at my regular doctor and the office was gone. Called his number and got the eye associates. They gave me another appointment the next day.
Support staff are professional, efficient & warm. Dr. Han treats me like family. I was called from the waiting room on time and moved through the various steps and tests. Excellent and efficient care which stands out.
