Appointment time was honored. Everyone expremely professional and courteous. Dr. Hector took time and explained everything relative to my current medical conditions and future signs to be cognizant of moving forward. Great bedside manner!!!! .

Everything from the exam point of view was fine. The staff were friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable and professional. One.ajorProblem was the wait time. At first I was seen at a reasonable time. (Within about 10 to 15minutes). After that it was down hill. It was literally 1.5 hours before I was seen by a doctor. I notice it was similar for others. Out of consideration for the patients I am sure you guys could do better. IF you expect patients to do their part and be on time I would think with some planning and caring the wait time could be improved. Other patients told me that this wait time is normal for your office. Other wise it was a very good visit.
