Jennifer goes above and beyond perfecting fit of glasses, with poised and gracious professionalism and patience. So rare! Jody is equally kind and pleasant and consistently above expectations as well. Both provide excellent advice and explain minutiae of price points of multiple choices and insurance, and both work magic adjusting the minutiae of glasses for perfect, comfortable fit. The Eye Associates are extremely fortunate to have these two outstanding women for so many years, their loyalty all the more evident through COVID. When I left the office Wednesday (after seeing esteemed, trustworthy Dr. Friedman, I stopped in to see Jennifer to adjust pairs of glasses) I made a note to self to write an UNSOLICITED review because thats how wonderful Jennifer is.
