Dr. Foster did a great job on my cataract surgery. There are 3 rock stars in the organization that I would like to recognize:1 - Janelle In pre-op testing. She Is an absolute pro and kick started the entire positive patient experience. Management should clone her or at least document how she interacts with patients and use it as the gold standard.2 - Jackie In Surgery. She was the only one In the crowded surgery area (with my eyes covered) who leaned down next to my ear to speak directly to me so I had a shot at hearing her with 10 separate conversations going on at once.3 - Jennifer in Administration is very welcoming and keeps the train running on schedule. She also spent a lot of time with me explaining the options and setting expectations.Bravo to this team of experts!!

Dr Judd has been treating me for quite some time now. I have had other eye specialist in the past but none as caring as Dr Judd.Starting with sign in with Pam to assisting Abner, Lara, and Mackenzie to get pre testing done prior to my appointment with the doctor makes for a speedy and successful visit.He always explains the results so I can understand what is happening, and comes up with a health plan that is easy to follow.Thank you Dr Judd for your compassion and dedication to your field.
