Very compassionate about helping you..Everyone there was very kind and helpful with answering my questions..I felt bad for the girl that was scheduling my appointments her printer dud not work in her office and she had to keep walking up to the front of the building to get my paperwork which took a little longer...She did not seem to mind but I thought to myself such a big corporation the girl should have a printer that works..
