I cannot recommend Dr. Friedman and his staff enough! My husband and I were in the middle of our vacation when I began to have excruciating eye pain. I found The Eye Associates and showed up first thing in the morning hoping they could see me. Being a tourist, I was terrified I would be shrugged off and turned away. It was the complete opposite. The staff worked quickly to add me as a new patient and called me back within 15 minutes. Dr. Friedman and his staff identified, very quickly, that I had somehow scratched my cornea. I was given an antibiotic and a pain drop and by the next day I was back on the beach! If not for Dr. Friedman my husband and I would have had to end our vacation early. I cannot recommend this staff enough.

EXCEPTIONAL opticians Jennifer Ambrosino and Jody Miller and reliable MDs for over a decade. Jennifer goes above and beyond perfecting fit of glasses, with poised and gracious professionalism and patience. So rare! Jody is equally kind and pleasant and consistently above expectations as well. Both provide excellent advice and explain minutiae of price points of multiple choices and insurance, and both work magic adjusting the minutiae of glasses for perfect, comfortable fit. The Eye Associates are extremely fortunate to have these two outstanding women for so many years, their loyalty all the more evident through COVID. When I left the office Wednesday (after seeing esteemed, trustworthy Dr. Friedman, I stopped in to see Jennifer to adjust pairs of glasses) I made a note to self to write an UNSOLICITED review because thats how wonderful Jennifer is.

I was impressed with everyone at The Eye Associates. They were professional, friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and made my first visit to them supportive. I am concerned about having my cataracts removed during covid19 but my doctor made me feel at ease and didn't rush me during my visit. I felt afraid of this procedure before my visit but now, I feel at ease and even look forward to being able to see better after my surgery.
