Extremely Competent, Caring, Professional. Opthamoligist and Follow Up Opthamoligist Excellent. Care Specialist for Sign up and setting up CareCredit and Eye Drop Schedule Excellent. All Staff Friendly and caring. Compared to last group who's office/billing employee was nasty on all counts, This was the opposite. Drop Schedule Sheet was excellent compared to a bare bones printout from previous group. GREAT WORK ALL.

Courteous staff, thorough exam.

My 11 year old had an infection in her eye and they were able to get me in the same day. I was VERY impressed by the staff. I was greeted by everyone who passed by me, and the front desk girl was fabulous. I filled out the paperwork on my phone (online) which was GREAT! The front desk girl asked me then how the experience was - were there any problems or anything they needed to be aware of. My daughter saw Dr. Han who did a thorough exam, was able to diagnose the problem and educate us fully on what we needed to do. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely go back.
