Jody was very helpful as I started to try on frames. As one who has a hard time choosing, I really appreciated her help and patience with my search.Before our Lakewood Ranch appointment, my husband and I stopped at Bee Ridge, Sarasota to make my first appointment with Eye Associates. Crystal helped me with amazing efficiency starting the process of putting my info in the system. Two big helps from her, one was to ask if I wanted to make an appointment for my husband too and I definitely did especially since she was making the process easy for me. The 2nd big help was to notice our address was closer to the Lakewood Ranch office and proceeded to set up our 1st appointment there for us making it more convenient, saving time & gas! Crystal even finished the process of the paperwork needed to get us set up in the system for Lakewood Ranch.Jody and Crystal along with Dr Trim and his staff made the whole experience at Eye Associates the best ever.
