First visit as a new patient - their computers were down. This made it difficult for staff & patients alike as most records are EHR. Staff is friendly, the office appears very clean.
Friendly staff mostly, everyone explained everything well,very through. Right now I'm just a little nervous about the procedure I have to have. As far as time, it went very well and quick.
