The call center could use some work, but the in person staff more than make up for their lack of attention. The call center felt an active hemorrhage was only worth a note in my chart... Once the office staff came across the note (7 hours later) they called me to schedule immediately. I was at work, and my husband called to tell me they were trying to reach me. When I called back, I got the call center again. They changed the appointment I already had for the following day so see me as an ER visit in addition to the comprehensive eye exam I was already scheduled for, and changed the time. When I got there, I was scheduled an hour later than their last comprehensive exam time, with only a note of the hemorrhage. The staff was wonderful, they stayed late to complete the exam and get me all taken care of. I am so impressed with their compassion and attentiveness to their patients! They're honest, they don't sugar coat things, but they're patient and kind. If their call center could get it together I'd give them a perfect 5 star rating!
