Everyone here is really nice and caring, from the receptionists to the doctors and everyone in between. Their building is beautiful and centrally located in Sarasota close to the Westfield Mall at Bee Ridge and US 41. My actual cataract surgeries were done at their Bradenton facility, which is also nice. However, the way they schedule that does make you feel as if you're in a cattle call with many patients in the operating room and the doctor just going around doing each one. That could be better. It is really quick, though! The aftercare in Sarasota was truly exceptional, including group meetings with patients to explain proceedures and answer any questions. Regular exams have been typical and professional.This time, I saw Dr. Trim, who did everything, which was nice because the ladies who used to so some of the pretests were often cranky. Dr. Trim was nice and really professional.
