Before getting cataract surgery, I had to choose an eye surgeon carefully since I have fuchs dystropy and keratoconus in this eye.After consulting with doctors in NYC, Philadelphia and Sarasota, I felt that Dr Brian Foster of Eye Associates in Bradenton would be my best choice.Dr Foster chose the basic surgery. He also felt that some of the options offered to me, such as laser surgery and custom IOLs, were expensive and, more importantly, not necessary.I had my surgery 5 weeks ago and after an examination yesterday I am extremely pleased with the results.I am impressed with his honesty and surgical skills and highly recommend Dr Foster.
