Dr Freidman was very attentive and had great bedside manners. He was very competent and I would recommend him anytime. Staff was competent. Only problem was with their billing department who charged me twice for copay. When I called the girl named Jenny got angry and claimed that charge was for the future appointment. Reluctantly admitted to the mistake but said we will not refund until we see what your insurance will pay Copay is paid upfront and has no bearing on what charges are submitted and what insurance company will pay.
