Dr Ahn always has time to talk about my eye problems until I fully understand. The staff are always friendly, hospitable, and accommodating for appt times to fit my schedule.
Even on the busy days the staff is very efficient at getting everyone seen in a timely manner and gets the attention they need. Staff has always been pleasant to me. The opticians are always very helpful to me when I'm picking out glasses. I really appreciate that and it will keep me from going anywhere else.
Could not see the stop light when first in line due to eyelids. I feel that I found the very best doctor to help me and I the surgery and could not have been more pleased with the results. Thank you to Dr. Mercandetti and his wonderful staff.
