As an operations analyst for well over 30 years and a patient who believes himself too young and too healthy to need any kind of eye surgery, I believe I'm more than qualified to comment on my recent experience at The Eye Associates. In spite of what I consider to be an incredibly busy practice, every receptionist, technician and nurse went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. A particular standout was Michael Langston. I spent considerable time at his desk receiving instructions about what I was to expect relative to my procedure and scheduling. It's rare to find employees of any operation, large or small, to be so genuinely vested in their patients. This young man was not only professional but he was personable in a way that assuaged much of my trepidations regarding my upcoming surgery. Thanks again to Michael and this stellar team.
