From the time we walked into the lobby, the girls at the desk were polite and friendly. The doctor was friendly and explained everything. The only complaint I have...the young woman who did the first part of the examination, put paper tape on my nose and mask. I kept opening the mask because I could not breathe..I did not take the mask off. Believe me taking that paper tape off was not pleasant...teach her to be patient with the older generation!
