Something fell in my right eye while I was trimming a tree. It got infected and they gave me an appointment right away. Dr Lucas Trim and the associate were wonderful, he removed the grain and I fee much better.
The staff is friendly and professional and the flow of patients in the busy practice is very expedient and efficient. The staff is very knowledgeable as well which affirmed my confident. My doctor was very thorough with explainations of procedures and details of my care also.
The testing was thorough and the technicians and Dr very professional. The extensive testing was explained very well and the doc made sure I had all my questions answered. He told me his job was too monitor and communicate my situation and discuss options. At no time did I feel uninformed or pressured
Overall Im happy & will return as a patient. Everyone was nice & took their time with me. Also if you have VSP insurance you will actually save money here
