Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff from the front desk to the doctor. Im not happy with what has to be done for my eyes, but I am happy Im getting it done there.

Very busy Venice office.Be prepared to wait awhile. Everyone was very friendly.Had to have additional appointments booked. Seems like it would be more efficient to try to book 2 appointments on the same day, vs 2 different days.
