From check in to check out, it was fantastic. I was taken back for my appt right on time. The Optical tech did her work up. She was very pleasant, explained what she was doing with each test. The Dr came in ( Dr McCracken). She put me at ease immediately, she also explained what she was doing. We actually discussed my eye health and asked if I had any questions. This was the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had. Looking forward to having her and Quigley Eye specialist for my eye health team.

This was my first visit with Dr. Karen Memoli. Both staff and doctor were very pleasant. As this was an emergency visit, I was quite happy with the doctor through exam and explanation. I will use her practice in the future for my routine visits. Thanks for seeing me so promptly!

I am always impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and expertise of Dr. Camp and his team.On my recent appointment there was a lack of warmth in the reception area that usually is the hallmark of this welcoming practice. Perhaps it is caused by the back-up of clients trying to check in.It seems that part of this back-up is due to the fact that the QR code to register that you have arrived for your appointment, is hidden. It isnt until you turn around from the reception counter that you see it posted on a wall. This is not where one would expect to access it upon entering the office. I mentioned to the receptionist that I would like to use the QR code to register in. Instead of pointing out the place of the QR code, the receptionist decides to handle my check-in at the desk. I am now taking up the place of one who actually needs to be at the front desk. One wonders why have a QR check-in system that isnt usable?In light of the excellent care that I receive, this is actually a small but I believe resolvable challenge. Your front desk personnel are super conscientious and that along with their smiles goes a very long way to keeping your practice thriving.
