I was seen in a very timely manner. The preliminary staff tech,I think her name was Anna, was very professional, understood what I was being seen for, made sure the examination of my eyes were handled with great accuracy.What I like most about Dr E. Kai-Lewis was there is no rush to see you and get you on your way. Many options were discussed regarding my present eye condition and made surgery not an immediate option. Dr. Kai-Lewis is very easy to talk to and discusses things in words that are not above a normal person's comprehension..
